But style guides are an essential aspect of our job and several benefits come from implementing a style guide as part of the transcription services you provide. The template is easy to customize. Just type your company name at the top, then fill in your formatting details. Type out or add a screenshot of a transcript showing how the formatting will look in the final document. Continue filling in the other sections with your styling and examples. There's room at the end for you to add anything my template did not include.
